DNI – LIPOR’s International Business Division was active in LIPOR’s What’s New Event, which took place on July 10th, at Casa do Corim. What’s New is LIPOR’s innovation seminar that aims to share what’s new at LIPOR.
In the parallel sessions that took place during the afternoon Susana Abreu, head of the DNI participated in the session "Urban Challenges and Green Solutions: A Biostimulant, a Rejected and a Center go to a bar and…” In this session, among other topics it was possible to discuss the impact of LIPOR's international projects, giving special focus to the most recent one that LIPOR participates in the Island of Maio, Cape Verde, CITRES - Integrated Center for the Collection and Treatment of Solid Waste.
In the session "From script to premiere: Innovation and Education on the Path to Growth”, Rui Rodrigues, a DNI technician, addressed two initiatives that are shaping the sustainable future, talking about how LIPOR empowers young Angolans through technical and professional training in renewable energy and responsible waste management. A time to discover how these initiatives are transforming challenges into real opportunities.
A day full of excellent sessions, in which DNI could once again present the best that LIPOR has done in the world.
