Horta de S. Cosme celebrated its 9th Anniversary with its users

The São Cosme Subsistence Kitchen garden (Gondomar) is one of the kitchen gardens that has been part of the Horta à Porta Project of LIPOR and its associated municipalities, since 2015, having celebrated its 9th anniversary on June 15th.

This moment was a great time to everyone present mingled and allowed to reinforce the feeling of belonging and unity among gardeners. Which is also one of the fundamental roles of the Horta à Porta project.

Horta de S. Cosme has 70 plots, 28 of which are 25m² and 42 are 50m². In this initiative, 32 users of the Horta plots were present, as well as representatives of the space's partners - the owner of the land that hosts this project, the President of the Union of Parishes of Gondomar (S. Cosme), Valbom and Jovim and the Head of LIPOR Environmental Prevention Education and Training Division.
