Real Aventino has a Green Heart!

The Real Aventino Restaurant, part of the Monte Aventino sports complex, has the LIPOR’s Green Heart Certification, in the search for the sustainability of its activity.

The Green Heart Certification process works in an integrated and customized way, towards optimizing environmental management practices.

In this context, a diagnostic survey was carried out, from which an action plan was designed to prevent the production of waste and consumption of natural resources, promoting recycling and technical training.

The path to sustainability begins with the fight against food waste and will end with the granting of the Certificate, when all steps have been completed.
