Waste management processes at UPTEC MAR and UPTEC Baixa receive specialized technical support from LIPOR

LIPOR's specialized technical support team, in partnership with the municipal company Porto Ambiente and the Science and Technology Park of the University of Porto (UPTEC), implemented several improvements in the waste management practices at UPTEC Baixa and UPTEC Mar.

The aim of the work was to increase the amount of waste delivered selectively in a process that included the installation of 72 LIPOR recycling containers, thus eliminating approximately 50 mixed waste bins.

Throughout the LIPOR team's action, we would like to highlight the availability and involvement of the UPTEC community and the more than 40 companies that work within its facilities. A great contribution to the facility's progress in the Green Heart certification goal.
