LIPOR University 2024 Fosters Synergy Among Participants and Promises a Return in 2025

From November 12th to 14th, 2024, the 10th edition of LIPOR University took place. The initiative, organized by LIPOR Academy in partnership with the Portuguese Institute of Youth (IPDJ) and the Portuguese Business Intelligence Association (APBI), was held at the Federation of Youth Associations of the Porto District's (FAJDP) Association House.

Over its ten editions, LIPOR University has hosted 250 participants, featuring numerous speakers, professors, trainers, and prominent figures from various sectors of society and the business world.

LIPOR University 2024 fostered connections and synergies, encouraged protocols and partnerships, and promoted access to employment opportunities. This year’s edition trained a group of 20 newly graduated young professionals, equipping them with knowledge on themes focused on new employability under the central topic of "Artificial Intelligence, Sustainability, and Jobs for the Future."

The three days of dynamic activities included contributions from the Institute for Employment and Vocational Training, the Faculty of Economics of the University of Porto, and practical case studies from Sonae, LIPOR, BuildUpValue, APBI, and DevScope. These sessions promoted networking and brought participants closer to the job market, opening doors and creating opportunities.

The LIPOR Academy team gave this edition a highly positive evaluation and has already begun preparations for LIPOR University 2025.
