We promote an Innovative Organizational Culture

Today, LIPOR promotes the 6th edition of What’s New, LIPOR’s innovation seminar to share, with its Employees, what the Organization has done throughout the year, sharing the most recent innovations and achievements.

This initiative, which already has become a milestone in LIPOR's annual calendar, provides its employees with the opportunity to share ideas, explore innovative projects and strengthen relationships. During the event, last year's news and advances are presented, highlighting LIPOR's ongoing commitment to sustainability and innovation.

With an organizational culture that has always been characterized by innovation, cooperation, sustainability and sharing of value, the focus on Innovation was formalized with our mission: Transforming waste into new resources through the implementation of innovative and circular practices, generating and sharing value.

To keep our eyes on the FUTURE, we will continue to debate, welcome ideas and opportunities to improve our internal areas in a structured way, as happens at What’s New. This is the best way to share what we do, listening to the innovation ambassadors themselves, fostering expression, communication and personal development skills.
