NORTE 2030 (Northern Regional Programme 2021-2027) is an instrument to support the implementation of regional and sub-regional development strategies, mobilising financial resources to leverage investment in the Northern Region.
Based on a regional development strategy, the implementation of NORTE 2030 is carried out in six Axes aligned with European, national strategies and the Sustainable Development Goals.
These respond to new global challenges, such as digital, climate, energy and environment, among others.

- For a more social North;
- For a North closer to its citizens;
- For a more carbon neutral and just transition North.
