International consultants in intercultural training
It is with great enthusiasm that we announce the launch of a new training course dedicated to Intercultural Management and Communication, promoted by DNI - LIPOR's International Business Division, in partnership with IEFP- Institute for Employment and Vocational Training.
This course aims to enable LIPOR consultants to deal effectively in multicultural environments, promoting the exchange of experiences and building solid relationships between different cultures.
The training will cover topics such as:
- Recognizing the importance of culture in management practices and international trade activity.
- Analysing the consequences that cultural differences have on communication and management in a multicultural environment.
- Managing intercultural communication and relationships effectively in a multicultural business context.
With a practical and interactive approach, participants will have the opportunity to develop essential skills for the global market. A journey of learning and broadening the intercultural skills of the members of LIPOR's Consultant Pool.
