Commitment of the Administration to Ethics and Conduct

We know that a culture of Ethics requires a daily commitment and the involvement of everyone!

By reflecting a set of principles and values in the Code of Ethics and Conduct, LIPOR ensures that its activities are guided by ethical and deontological standards aligned with promoting quality and excellence in daily actions, which ultimately strengthens the organization's identity and distinction.

It is therefore natural that LIPOR’s Administration identifies the theme "Ethics and Integrity" as relevant, and because ethical issues are also perceived as very important by our Stakeholders, this is one of LIPOR’s material topics, aiming for more effective management and more rigorous accountability.

As such, the Board of Directors has approved the creation of an Ethics Committee, with the main objective of overseeing and monitoring the application of the principles of the Code of Ethics.

In such challenging times, as we are currently living in, it has never been more important to have a guiding document that holds the entire organization accountable, engages, and commits it to the foundational principles and core values needed to fulfill our purpose of "Building a Better World Every Day!"
