Following recommendations from the Corruption Prevention Council, and later the requirements set forth in Decree-Law No. 109-E/2021, LIPOR has developed and approved a Corruption and Related Offenses Risk Prevention Plan (document in Portuguese). This plan serves as a practical tool for effective management, with its implementation monitored and documented in Execution Reports submitted to the National Anti-Corruption Mechanism (MENAC), as mandated by law.
The current Corruption and Related Offenses Risk Prevention Plan was approved in 2024 and will remain in effect through 2027.
