Circular Economy in Angola

At the invitation of Camões – I.P., LIPOR was part of a week-long Portuguese mission to Luanda to present the Circular Economy Project in Angola. 

This project, financed by the European Union, will last 72 months and will be implemented by a consortium led by the Expertise France Agency.

The consortium also includes Portuguese cooperation (Camões) and Spanish cooperation (FIIAPP) as well as the IFC - International Finance Corporation, a member of the World Bank.

The aim of the mission was to present the project to government entities, get to know the local reality, key stakeholders and foster synergies between the parties. 

The project will begin in the second half of 2025.
